WP --> HSMP (LLR) --> Tier 1 General Migrant

Hi All,

Many thanks for very informative posts. A quick query on ILR. I will be going for my ILR Application (+2 Dependents) in last week June. I have a query regarding the category which I need to fill in for Section 3

Background -
1) UK Work Permit - Date of Issue - 22 May 2006 (Entered UK 04 June 2006)
2) HSMP (LLR) - Date of Issue - 16 Apr 2007 (HSMP for 2 years)
3) Tier 1 General Migrant (HSMP Extension) - Date of Issue - 23 Apr 2009 (Valid for 3 Years)

Question - Am I under HSMP Category or Tier 1 Category? This will determine the points table qualification and documentation for evidences (Bachelor's degree etc)

Thanks Sushdmehta. However when my HSMP got extended, Home Office had stopped HSMP visa and hence my status was changed to Tier 1

Hence the confusion in terms of what should I select on Section 3 and Section 9. That has implication on Section 10 - Documents

Can you please kindly respond on the same? Much appreciated
