Hi!!!

My case was refused. Main Objection was on under 28 evidence as i supp;ied my original ID card. But object that was nor trnaslated by a authorize translator. Other scoring area were:

Experience 50
Education 15
SkilledPartner 10
Age Allowence 5

More advices will be apreciated

I think you have no option but to re-apply with the translation by an approved translator but u didn't told that how many points did they gave u...i mean were these 5 points really crucial for your application
wait a sec...y don't u prove your age through any other document...i mean file a review case and tell them that there are other docs as well which tells about your age...for e.g passport, PAN no or any other document which u submitted which has ur DOB...it is never a prob to file a review application as it does not cost...i guess if you are just short of these 5 points then u shud file a review application....

Thanxs for your reply.... I gained only 15 poits for my education. As my whole depends on my age bcs i have claimed 50 points for work experience........but when they didn't find it valid they consider my appliaction as over 28 and process it accordingly......... You have asked about other evidence regarding to age proof. I have mentioned my HHSC and SSC certificate as evidence of age (As my DOB is mentioned on Both) but they said that we didn't consider academic certificate for age proof.......... Here is my full story........... Please advise me about my new application with reference to all sections. What should i do now and how make my appiaction strong. Waiting for your response.
