Complicated Dependant situation

Complicated Dependant situation

Hi

I am student here in uk on Tier 4, I have my 2 children as dependants, my wife also in UK she now has Tier 1 General Visa.

Now my studies finishing and my visa, we want to be dependants of wife on Tier 1. I have been told I will need to go home and get new visa to come to UK as my wifes dependant, but i have been told that my children can apply from UK as they are already dependants (but tier 4), is the right, or must we all leave UK - very confused!!!

don't know about your children but you will definitely have to go to your home country and apply as a dependent of your wife. take all the docs with you and just go and apply straight away. good luck.

Children may switch (7.32 and 319H(h)).
