ILR queries

Hi All,
I am going to eligible for ILR in Oct'11 (HSMP (2years) + Tier1(General) 3years)

a)Can i book an ILR appointment through online? if yes, pls provide me the link. in my memory the link was in the website but not now!!

b)Can i book an appointment for oct now or how many months before can they allow me to book?

c) what documents i have to showup for ILR?

During my 5years period to ILR, first 2years i didn't work, therefore i don't have P60's for first two years. since 3years i have been working & got P60's!
will it will problem for me to get ILR (actually i am covered judicial review before 7th nov 06 hsmp rules)
pls guide me.

Hi All,

I have got my HSMP Oct'06 and eligibility for ILR will be Oct'11.
for the first two years of my hsmp stay i didn't work therefore i didn't get any P60's but since last 3years i been working & got P60's & economically active now.

will it be a problem to get ILR with out showing 5 years P60's. if yes, pls give me an advise.
