ILR - Half HSMP & Half Tier1

Hi All,

I need to clarify the requirement of ILR in my case. if anyone can help.

I was granted HSMP for 2 years Date: Jan-2008

Then I was granted Tier-1 (General, point based) for three years Date: Jan2010.

ILR Expected: Jan-2013

Do i need 75 points to meet the ILR requirements. Please explain. Thank you.

Are you a postgraduate student on a Tier 4 / student visa? Or an economic migrant?

I am a postgraduate student. My visa is going to expire soon in JUly. I still need to give two exams in august and wait for degree. I have already paid my full fee to university. There are few question i need to clearify.

Please do not assume someone's identity. If asking a query on behalf of someone, just state so ..... helps avoid confusion.

Do i need 75 points to meet the ILR requirements. Please explain. Thank you.
