It's not my intention to make anyone nervous, but the fact is that if an applicant does not meet the requirements at the time of making an application, it's a refusal. One just needs to make sure all requirements are met so as to not get caught out.t0mmy wrote:What you mean by :

If you read through the consultation, you would notice or understand that as regards to Tier 1 holders/prospective Tier 1 holders, none of the proposals apply to Tier 1 (General) holders but to the other Tier 1 holders (i.e. Investors, Entrepreneurs, and Exceptional).bash wrote:what is the fate of people who have tier 1 visas prior to april 6th 2011?
