Teir 1 General Dependant application form

Hi

I am applying for tier 1 general extension this month with my 2 dependents. We are all applying at the same time. One dependent is my 3 month old child, and I have a few questions on how to fill in the application form as it does not make sense for him. Will appreciate any help on this.

C1. Under what nationality did the dependant enter the United Kingdom? What can I put in this for my 3 month old?

D1. Did the dependant obtain entry clearance or a visa before entering the United Kingdom? Again same?

Under section 5 - the consent section - whose details should I put in this (both on my child and wife application form). Will it be the main applicant details or their details.
If its their names then should I put my details under where it says if the account is in joint name...? Even though the account is not in joint name and is only in my name and I will be showing from my account all maintennace funds.

Will apprecite help on this please.

No, you as the sponsor, are meant to fill the second Section 5 on page 37 - this is not a suggestion, this is what you are meant to do.

So I assume on Page 36 the Section 5, each dependant has to fill in their details at the start.

Has anyone else got more ideas please?
