Refused Entry as a Student on Return

was refused entry when coming back,
im in highly trusted institute.
Deception beclong to well past and i have admitted on the offer of Chief IO that , if i accept deception he would award me TA but still i had to catch the flight at their expense.

got married recetly and have baby from british partner tough we did not live togather because of my studies in London.

do i have any chance on 1st tribunal about my accpeted deception?

should i use Article 8 on my hearing or use it later as seperate appeal?

any other clauses should i use to counter the allegations under section 320?

What was the nature of the deception?

What decision have you appealed?

Are you inside or outside the UK at the moment?

Deception, on the basis of submitting documents from Notorious Cambridge College of Advanced Studies. A cousre which i did not study but sumbittmed the document. IO refused Entry to me on the basis of gaining LTR by submitting false documents twice. my Question againsnt that is , if that was the case then why wasnt it come at the time of granting extention 4 years agao?

i am apealing against the UKBA decision ( refused entry and curtailing my reaining leave and on top of that they didnt give me Incountry right of appea) to the past as i am in a highly trusted and reputable institute now but they are portraying that i used previous Docs to gain entry into this course.

I am inside UK
on the Temp Addmission, waitiing for my Appeal in the Tribunal.
I am married now with my long term partner ( relationship which UKBA refused to recognise beacause we didnt live togather beacuse of present studies in London) and we have a year old baby.

if theres more infor required, i will be happy to share.

my sitaution is that i am here in UK and on Temp Addmission(reporting).

while coming back from Pakistan, Immigration Officer Stoped me not because of my present college but because of well in the past at 2 instances and he refused entry to me on the basis of deception but did allow me Temp Addimission. cheif Immigration Officer curtailed my leave too which is/was Valid till 02 Jul 2011.

during Temp Addmission , i hired a Solicitor and lodged the application into 1st Tier Tribunal which is going to hear on nextwednesday. did i have to send any documents to Tribunal and UKBA before hearing ? well i didnt but still reporting at the centre and going for hearing.

i have a long term relationship and from that i have a year old baby. i have just recently got married to my partner as things was getting murky for me. my spouse is British and so is my baby. mind you she isnt working at the moment.

can u please give us any advice from your experience please.

And another most imortant thing is that, my Solictor said, he is going to fight on the point of Deception and will try to get it clear but if Failed then he will lodge another appeal under Article 8 ( maybe he want my money more than my recognition ), what do u suggest.

On what grounds is he going to fight on the point of Deception?
