ILR Application processing time how long

My Application details are follows

10 year completion date 10/01/2011. Can apply 28 days before this date.

Applied via solicitor on 28/12/2010
Payment taken from bank on 30/12/2010
Acknowledge letter from Home office dated 31/12/2010

Today is 21/06/2011 but still waiting.

Called Home office 3 weeks ago 31/05/2011 - Says on process in Liverpool office. no other info given.
Faxed letter by solicitor around last week in may 2011 - No response
Faxed letter myself 3 weeks ago 31/05/2011 - No response
MP wrote letter 1.5 weeks ago -
Called Home office today - Says on process in Liverpool office
The case is straight forward - No breaks or gaps- Per SAR from Home office

How long still I have to wait. Thay say 95% within 6 months is it true. how long max. they can take. Even solicitor cant do nothing.
When do you think I will get my passport back or did they lost it?
