P60 missing

P60 missing

Dear all,

I would like to ask will this case be ok for applying ILR?
I didnt get my P60 for year 2009~2010 as I was changing companies.
However I have got P45 and all my payslips.

I saw some website selling P60 for example : http://www.office-slaves.co.uk/pay.html
anyone tried? is this a safe way to get P60 back?
