Help in Tier4 Form regarding journey details

I need your help regarding completing Tier 4 Form.

My current visa status is Student and wish to extend in Tier 4.

I am filling the form and got stuck on journey details (section AD3 on Page 33).

I came to UK in 2004 and cann't remeber the Ticket booking or reference numer. Even i don't really remember which airline i travelled from Pakistan as i have been visiting back home almost every year.

Is there any possibility to get these journey details from Airline or can i explain to Home Office regarding this situation?

Please advise.

You only Needs to fill said section if your current or any previous passport missing and you do not have them to submit with Tier 4 extension.

your question is linked to page 11 D6-7 question, if you said no for these two questions you don't need to fill annex AD1 etc. just follow "Go to question #" and you will be all right, might be you don't need to fill any of the annex part depanding on your circumstances.
