Transfer funds

My wife and parents are going to transfer funds in my account today and around end of July(28 days later) I am going to apply for UK tier 4 student visa. Do I need to get a support letter from my wife and my parents showing that they have transferred this money in my account or UK border agency does not care as long as I have maintained those funds for 28 days?
