ILR 10 year under the changes from 6 April 2011

Hello everyone,
my 10 years period is approaching in 5 months time and I have started to read about everything that what is going on.

today i was reading about this new changes in settlement from 6th april 2011.
i have had 6 points in total in 2 convictions but it was 5 years ago and now i hold a clean licence, do i have to worry about those points in my ILR ?

please help me out on this
