PSW Dependent help...

I am going to apply for dependent visa under PSW visa and would like to know what are the documents that I need to submit with the application.

Also do I have to provide photographs of me and my husband. Please help me on this as it is an emergency situation.....

p.s. does those photos should reflect our parents as we didn't had a wedding party????
