Payslip & P60 Question

Hi all

Hopefully somebody can help me, I will appreciate it.

I am just busy compiling all my documentation for ILR under SET (M)

My question is regarding my payslips?

I have all my payslips for the last 6 months but for April I only have a copy because I never received it in the mail. Will this be OK? There is no way for me to get the original because it was lost in the mail Would it be ok if i include a copy of the payslip plus a bank statement specifically for that day showing it went into my account?

How important is it that I have my p60's for the last 2 years? I am applying as a wife of someone present and settled in the UK

Except for this I have (I think) everything else.

When applying for settlement under SET(M) there is no requirement for an applicant to be employed, leave alone the requirement to provide payslips / P60 covering the 2 year qualifying residential period.

Evidence of employment (employer letter, most recent 3-4 payslips, etc.) are sufficient to help prove that you are able to maintain yourself without recourse to public funds.
