Hi there I desperately need ur help. Dont know if can,

What if u had said u have traffic offences?

I had one driving ban TT99 6 months. retook test and have valid licence now from last 1.5 yrs no points no offences. Recently got Teir 1 extended and declared my offence, didnt have any problem with it they issued visa same day.

Will I be eligible for ILR?? any chances I have to qualify at all? my ILR is due MAY-2013..

On what date was the driving ban ordered by the judge?

what is your time line and type of visa
