Processing time of Student Visa from Dublin.

How long does it take to apply for a student visa from Ireland? It's just that I'm renewing my Irish residency on the week of the 17th of August.. and I've to apply for my student straight away after that and university enrollment is on the 13th of September.. I'm worried I mightn't make it on time! Any idea how long does student visas get processed in Dublin?
