ILR Eligibility of Dependents

Hi,

I am going to apply for ILR next month based on WP (Non-PBS). My wife and 18 months old son are living with me from last 7 months. Are they eligible to apply as dependents for ILR.

i have spoken to home office call centre and she said the same thing.

in that case my depends needs to pass Life in the UK test? coorect me if i am wrong
