SENIORS PLZ HELP | Reg age point in ext app

Post by harsh_9999 » Thu Jun 30, 2011 11:25 pm

Hi All,

I am confused wrt age points to claim in extension application. 3 cases arises:

1.) We need to claim points as per our age during initial application OR
2.) We need to claim points which we claimed in initial application.

Suppose by mistake in initial application I claimed 5 points but in reality I was 27 years that time hence , during extension can I claim 20 points which says : age 28 years and under.

OR

I'll get 5 points this time also ir-respective of I was 27 years that time.

3.) What if I select this time as 20 points where-as in initial application it was 5 points ???

With 5 points also I score min 80 points ( + 20 for maint and english )

Is it a rejection cases or case worker will be sensible enough to calculate the age during initial application and award me 20 points this time as I claimed.

Please help me ASAP.

Thanks[/b]
