Queries ILR April - Nov HSMP Case

Post by nchat » Fri Jul 01, 2011 6:11 pm

I am going to apply for ILR next month under HSMP JR (April - Nov) (HSMP and then Tier 1) case.

After reading all the posts and Set O form, i think i need the following documents

1) 3 Months salary slips
2) 3 Months bank statement
3) P60 documents (i have lost few so i will take HMRC document also with me).
4) Passport and Set O form ofcourse.
5) Employers letter. (not sure if this is required).

My queries are
A) I am taking the print out of online salary slips on my company's letter head. Is that ok? Do i need to get it stamped and approved by HR?
B) I am applying on 15th August. My regular bank statement is issued on 13th of the month so i think i will not get it on time. I plan to carry full statements for April, May, June (from 14th till 13th of next Month) and take an interim statement from 13th July till 5th August. Is that sufficient.
C) Is it sufficient if i take the print out of online copies of P60 (all my P60s are available online). I have lost few original P60s.
D) My tier 1 and HSMP are on my maiden name but my current passport is on married name. I will apply for ILR under my married name. My salary slips and bank statements are on married name. This year's P60 is on married name and old ones are on maiden name. I think it is not a problem (after reading all the posts). Do i have to be careful about anything or carry any document with me.

Thanks a lot guys. I hope i am not missing out on any document.

You are all set with what you have. I would recommend having any documents printed online, to be stamped or verified as a caution.
Regarding your name change, carry any document you may have which can confirm it.

All the best
