Have got my ILR in June 2011 (based on WP + Tier 2). My wife is currently in India but her dependent WP visa has expired.She went to India on pregnancy and now we have a kid born in india.

My wife wants to join me with the kid. Does she require "dependent visa" or "settlemnet visa" ?. please can some advise me of the process.
