Tier 4 dependent switching to tier 4 within UK

Post by sh17uk » Fri Jul 01, 2011 7:22 pm

My husband is on tier 4, can I switch to tier 4 within the UK and my husband and my children can become my dependents without leaving the country.

If yes, how much maintenance funds I have to show?

If got admission in ACCA, can my husband and my children apply for my dependents, and will my husband be allowed full time work here?

Please help

Except for the (minor) children, no one can change status within UK.

Where will you be studying-a private college or a publicly funded college or university?

unless you are government sponsored you will not be able to sponsor your dependents under the new rules as you are studying at a private college.
