I would like to kindly ask for some advice on dpendency visa.
My partner was born in South Africa and has South African and British passports, his mother is British (expat living in SA) and his father is South African. His parents got divorced over 20 years ago. His mother remarried again and does not keep in touch with her ex husband. His father remarried again and has two kids of which one is from his wifes previous marriage ( both sons all grown up- one lives in Dubai and does not care about old couple and the oher one lives on the other side of SA and is refusing to help them).
Now ... my partners Dad has just had cancer, he is 65 and his health is quite fragile. He does not work much anymore. His wife i 60 and she is working part-time but struggling financially a lot. They have loans , debts that they are unable to pay them off, unless they sell everything. However then they wont have roof over their heads, unless straight after they come to uk to live with us.
They do not feel safe in SA. They have been mugged numerous times, his dad had gun pointed at him in exchange for his almost ruined business

Do you think they will qualify under dependency visa?
I am concerned about health and their money/debt issues?
We have our own business, with good turnover, big enough house etc.
We are thinking about using immigration lawyers however before i start any costly process i would like to get some advice?
