Hi
I would appreciate if anyone can advice me.
I am applying for ILR in september under HSMP judicial review for myself and my wife.I have two children who were born in the UK.I have got visa for my daughter which is valid until september.I did not apply for my sons visa as I was going to apply directly for ILR.My questions are.
1.Do I need to apply for ILR for my children at the same time or apply for British nationality through entitlement after I get ILR.
2.Whats the status of my daughter whose visa would have expired by september.
3.I understand that my son need not have visa as he has not left UK since his birth.
I would be really grateful if anyone could clarify this
