I would like to setup my own company and I can see many website offers in regesering the company with 5 pounds and 35 pounds to use their address as office address and with in 3 hours company registration will be done as per the info on their website.

Please let me know which one would be best:

1.Going through accountant

2. applying through online

In that case you really do need to get advice before proceeding. If you have an Accountant then he/she is the obvious person to ask for that advice.

Those are just to register the company at their address. It is not to incorporate a business. I noticed that you have made other inquiries as to setting up a business. Do research how to do it but you must know that once you set up a limited company there is a lot of administration. And I have to say, based on your questions, it looks like you are shooting in the dark and you will need help.
