Spouse Visa "In Person" - which FLR(M) version to

Post by Khurram Khizan » Wed Jul 06, 2011 10:34 pm

I got ILR recently on 10 years long residence basis. I am applying for my family ( wife and 2 kids) Spouse visa in person but not sure whether FLR(M) version 04/2011 is right one.?

I visited UKBA website and there is instruction to apply online. I am confused as I want to fill up form and want to pay at Home Office rather to use online service. Kindly someone guide me in this regard. Is Tenancy agreement necessary to bring?

Use the form that the UKBA website tells you to download. You will always get the specified (current) form.

In addition there is an option to download a paper form if you don't want to complete it online.
