BATELY KHAN plz help

i have recently sent sponsorship for my wife to apply for her visa, application submitted on 18th of may i sent all documents required by the ukba,however i did not include a secured home improvement loan statement
its small payments and there are no transactions on my bank statements as i have been paying through a diffrent bank account
did i need to declare that and is there any thing i can do to let them know
the amount in question is 110 pounds per month and does not effect my financial position ie.i still have more the 105 pounds left over after paying council tax mortgage and loan repayments
I PROVIDED MY MORTGAGE STATEMENT AND A CURRENT LETTER FROM HALIFAX STATING MY PAYMENTS ARE UP TO DATE,AND MY BANK STATEMENTS WILL CONFIRM THIS FOR THE LAST 6 MONTHS
DEEDS WAS NOT SENT AS IT SAYS IN FORM EITHER MORTGAGE PAPERS OR DEEDS CN PROVIDE PROFF OF OWNER SHIP
