HSMP Judicial review and settlement of family

My cousin came appleid for his HSMP in June 2005. He received his Visa on 12 July 2007. He came to UK in Nov 2007. After one extension, his visa is going to expire in July 2012.

His family is still in Pakistan. Now he wants to call his family here.

1. His children are all under 14. Now if he applied for Entry clearance for the complete family, do he has to show the maintenance fund?

2. Do he need to prove his relationship with his family in Pakistan like phone record, email, tickets etc etc.

3. If his family arrives in UK by Oct 2011, are they ALL eligible to apply for settlement with him in Nov 2011.

4. If his spouse, has to stay here for minumum two years, can his children apply for settlement in Nov 2011.

An urgent advise is highly appreciated.

HSMP JR NOfund limit but if he shows as / present limit will fine

normal procedure , M certiifcate , birth certificates , school documnets , jt bank statements , jt insurance , rationcard etc

I am not sure it should be under 13 yrs

So this means that if his wife and family some how manage to arrive UK through entry clerance by Oct 2011. They all can apply for settlement in November 2011.

Generally, the spouse has to wait for two years before getting settlement.

One more thing, does the IDI or Immigrastion Law referes to this?
