Tier 1 Extension while contracting in EU

Hello Members,

I have a Tier-1 General visa and I've been offered a long term
contracting role in Europe which I intend to accept by setting up a UK
limited company(Unfortunately, I've not been successful in finding a job in the UK yet).
Will I be able apply for a Tier-1 extension by virtue of offering
services to a company in Europe through my limited company in the UK? My family would be living in the UK(paying council tax etc)
