MN1 form question for my daughter

I am planning to register my daughter as BC through MN1

so currently i am BC, my wife got ILR last month and my daughter is having ILE.I am having following question regarding MN1 form

1.1 Please indicate the section of the British Nationality Act 1981 under which you would like the application considered.

Plesae tell me which section i have to use section 1 (3) or section 3 (1)

section 1 (3)
birth in the UK to parents who are now settled in the UK or have become British citizens.

Is your daughter born in UK? If yes, thats your answer.

If daughter was born outside the UK before you became British, then it's 3(1).

Thank you guys.My daughter was born outside uk before i became british so it should be 3(1)
