Spouse visa within UK, Is tenancy agreement mandatory

I would like to thank you for running this side as my solicitor missguided me and now I am following suggestions from this webside.

I am applying spouse visa for my wife. She has been in UK for more than 5 years on student and then Tier 2 dependent. Is tenancy agreement and council bills are necessary to enclose?

If you are renting a property from a landlord, then yes a minimum 6 months TA will be required as proof that you have secured accommodation.

Council tax forms etc are not compulsory with the application

Thank you for your guidance.

Further to this TA, I have 2 bedroom and 1 living room. TA shows 2 couple names (4 adults). I have 2 kids ( 5 & 2 Yrs). Do you think It can fulfill requirement?
