OK to leave blank. At least one parent needs to have ILR so if you got it, that's enough.1. In the MN1 form it asks for the date when the father got his PR,in this case can i leave this field BLANK ,is that right please ?
2. Should i get some letter from my husband that he is happy for the child to apply for citizenship or if the father signs on the MN1 form that is sufficient proof enough

Please help me as soon as you can
On the MN1 form the 1st question is to state the Section British Nationality act under which we would want the application to be based
I am applying for my daughter's citizenship, she is 20months old and born in UK,am i right that i mentioned it as "Section 1(3)" (i have read the MN1 guide and still unsure if the section should be "Section 3(1)")
Appreciate your quick response
