College out of TIER 4 list, case on hold.

i submitted my case on 27th june 2011 and on 1 july 20111 college went out from tier 4 colleges list, college is fighting hard to get themselves back while my case is on hold.
Can somebody please briefly explain am i able to send home office a new CAS letter? or if college is not successful in getting themselves back in list will i then get the refusal, appeal or a chance to change my college by sending them new CAS? very confused need good advice.

Hello, we have been through similar situation with my brothers application at a UK college that was temporarily suspended while our application was pending.

The UKBA wrote us a letter via email and gave us 2 options, one to withdraw the application and apply at another college, OR, to keep application with UKBA until the decision has been reached about the college's licence.

We waited, but before the decision had been reached, the UKBA sent us the application back saying we have refused it because the college doesnt have the licence anymore.

Within two weeks of the refusal, the college is now in the list. And we have gone for Admin Review.

Thats as much as I know, I am not sure how effective Admin Review is... and what the chances are of succeeding now.

As what i know is UKBA put ur case on hold until your college gets its license back or the decision been made about college license,what was the time when you applied for your brothers case, was it from outside uk?

yes we applied from outside UK on 05/04/2011.

that's strange,they should have put u on hold until ur college come back in list,by the way how much time your college took to come back in list?
