Which is the correct # to call to get ref? There are 2

As the subject suggest, here's what I found out:

+44114207 4074 (from this board)
+44114207 6020 (http://www.workingintheuk.gov.uk/workin ... p_faq.html)

So which one is it if I want to get the ref # or check the status?

I called the 1st one 2 days ago, and they gave me a reference number in this format: HSxxxxxxxxxx.

That's right... 10 DIGITS! I posted other question about this and they say HO NEVER give a 10 digits number. So I am going to try the 2nd number (last one).

BTW, where did people get the number from the first one? UK HO website didn't even show that.
