Hello,

Can I pls. request to be directed to the right paperwork required to make ILR application. I was granted HSMP and got my TIER 1 in 2008(extension).

Also, what documents will my defendant require for ILR application?

Anything I need to be cautious of?? I am aware about 180 day absence rule in 5 years...

1. I went through the UKBA website-http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/sitec ... chapter6a/

On page 5, table 2 (this is in line with my circumstances) as I came on HSMP and got extension on Tier1-G, my question is in the AGE section-what does Age (at date of
application for first grant) mean? does this mean my age at time of first HSMP or age at time of TIER 1 -Extension?

2.Is there any limit to bank account funds I or my dependant should maintain? ANY ADVISE ON LIMITS?

3. how long is KOL-UK test valid for?

4. Also, me and my dependant are staying in different cities because of work so what are the documents we would require in order to provide evidence of genuine relationship?

I am assuming that you are covered by the HSMP JR, in which case you don't have to score any points, like age, earnings etc. Howver you have to show economic activity. No limit on the funds, you could maintain millions in your account as long as it is legit... No KOL is required for ILR but would be needed for the citizenship.

I am NOT covered by HSMP JR, I got my HSMP in 2008 and tier 1 afterwards, therefore am still unsure about the following:
