work hours during a 2 month visa extension

Hi guys! I am enrolled in a highly trusted sponsor (university) and my visa will expire on the 3rd of August 2011. My term time ended on the 1st of June 2011. At that point, as far as i understand, I can work full time. However, I have need to resubmit an essay for one module roughly on the first week of september 2011. The school said that they will provide a CAS which will state that oure term time will end on the 26th of September

In the period between 01 June 2011 and the 26th of September, am I allowed to work full time or am i only allowed to work 20hrs/week, as stated in my present visa?

Will UKBA grant me the extension that I need even though it is for a very short period of time (2months)? I have the needed maintenance fund that had already matured.

you need to ask your university to confirm your revised term dates. If you are currently working on a resubmission then you are not at the end of term and therefore should not be working full time.

As long as you meet the rules and apply before the end of your course then yes they should grant you an extension.
