Travelling Outside UK for Business

I’m currently under Tier 1 (General) visa scheme and working as a IT Administrator for an Industrial and Commodity related business. As a part of my job I need travel to our various offices spread across Europe. Due to this travelling sometimes I might have to stay out of the country(UK) more than 90 days per year. All this travelling is for business purposes and I’m travelling under business visa.

I just want to know whether this will affect my residency application at the end of my 5 year period under Tier 1 (General) scheme.

I'm really grateful if you can give me some advise on this.
