I need to help a friend of mine who has got a UK Ancestry visa in his passport. He got three years cos his passport was expiring so he wnet to the UK government immigration but they said they couldn't deal with his case. I'm no expert in this field but my friend said he needs one more year on his visa but now he is worried he is illegal here. Please can you help? I want to help my friend as we go back a long time, not to mention his work want to keep him on and he has a pretty good position.
