Hi,

SO I have found this link on the foroum....

http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/resources/en/ ... equirement

I just want someone to confirm my understanding that:

if a dependant is applying as a parner of a Tier1 (unsetteled yet, before applying for ILR) then they dont need to do an english test to get entry clearance...

and

if a dependant is applying as a parner of a setteled ie, british citezen person, then they need to do an english test to get entry clearance...

AM I right?

Also, am not clear what is the case if I get my ILR approved?

I would appreciate any help...
