My wife is planning to apply dependent visa from india. she done her bachelors degree (BE) from JNTU. she has having her degree provisional certificate.
Does she needs to show convocation certificate? or provisional certificate is enough to apply?

i am getting ILR in this oct, i am going to apply dependent visa for my wife in nov. now a days they required english test for dependent application. but there is given some exemption who they completed their bachelors in english medium they no need to write english test. am i correct?
if that is the case, she needs to show her bachelors degree convocation while applying the visa in india?
