Tier 1 extension- claiming points for earnings abroad

Hello All
I will be applying for `tier 1 extension in May 2012. I have a business in Pakistan and I want to claim points for earnings in Pakistan. Is that possible? Would I need to pay tax on that income? Thanks in advance!
