ILR URGENT ENQUIRY!!!

HI ALL,I WILL LIKE TO ENQUIRE AS REGARDS THE 14YRS LONG RESIDENCE FOR A FRIEND,SHE HAS APPLIED FOR ILR RECENTLY,WITH ALL DOCUMENTATIONS NOT IN HER NAME BCOS SHE WAS USING SOMEBODY'S DETAILS AND THAT WAS WHAT SHE SUBMITTED TO SHOW SHE HAD RESIDED IN UK FOR 14 YRS,SHE SUBMITTED ON THE 3RD OF JUNE 2011 AND THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT LETTER WAS DATED 9/06/11.MY QUESTION IS THAT THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT LETTER SHOWED HER FULL NAME AND FOLLOWED BY THE NAME OF THE OWNER OF THE DOCUMENTS SHE USED ALL THIS YRS,SHE SUBMITTED HER PASSPORT IN HER OWN NAME,I WILL REALLY APPRECIATE UR CONTRIBUTIONS ON WHAT NAME WILL BE ON THE ILR.

If she is granted ilr then it should be issued in her real name as long as they are satisfied that is her true identified. However she should be prepared for the fact that she may have problems due to using a false identity.

Thanks sushdmehta i quite understand ur point but it was an intentional act bcos i wanted peeps to read and get different opinions.....will really appreciate ur own contribution about my friends issue.
