Limited company does not stops you to work for many clients at a time.
It is the contract/employment that you need to see if it allows you to work.

You can work for a number of clients via your limited companies as long the contract with each of the clients allows you to do so.

UKBA should not have any objection to you doing so, you are even allowed to claim earnings from more than one job at the same time
i.e. If I am working through a limited company and also do some part time salaried work, I can claim earnings from both these sources.
