ILR Eligibility - WP + T2

Hi,

As per the Immigration directorate instructions

"Only Tier 2 (Intra-Company Transfer) Migrants who applied under that category before 6 April 2010, or who switched into that category from being an intra-company transferee work permit holder after that date, can apply for settlement when they have been in the UK for five years."

My immegration status as below:
1. WP: Received WP and visa stamping in Apr 2006 in India. Arrived first time in UK on 13th Aug 2006.
2. WP Renewal: June 2008 to May 2010
3. Tier 2 Intra Company Transfer: Applied for in May 2010, granted in June 2010.

This entier period has been under the same employment.

Am I eligible for the ILR now?

Yes, you are eligible for ILR.

Check only 1 thing, new rule after April2011 is that with T2 ICT your earning should be sufficient enough as UKBA specified under their Job codes.
