Biometric Problem

Hello Friends,

I am here to seek some advice about a unique problem related to the biometric, I had an appointment on Monday and took my family to the PEO, for postal application. After reaching there and my number being called myself and my spouse have provided the biometrics, the real problem started when I was asked to make my 1.6 yrs old daughter was asked to be seated for her photo. She was scared and started crying, after that I was asked to wait outside so that she will calm down, this process went on for 3 times but no success...atlast I have to leave without completing the biometric process. I have re-booked my appointment for Friday again and want to make it successful this time..are there any other ways of providing the photo of my daughter like submitting the photos which are already taken or some other way??? Please advice.
