UKBA call letter

UKBA call letter

How long it takes to get call letter from ukba once home office lawyer said on hearing day that if you with draw appeal we will give you right to remain as Tier 1 general.
its been one month and two days still waiting for letter.


If anyone has been undergone through this situation plz let me know.

Hi,
i share my own expeience, Court allowed my appeal & i have recieved court letter after 5 days & ukba sent me letter after 27 days for submit passport & photos.

I have sent them passport+photo & after that i have not heard any thing from ukba,i m waiting for my passport it's about 1 month & 24 days.

I have been waiting since 24th of june.it has been one month and 4 days but still no call letter.
Strange.
