Tier 1 extension

Post by abc111 » Mon Jul 25, 2011 1:51 pm

Hi,

My tier 1 extension is due next june, but I would like to apply for my extension now as I had 1 year completed on work permit befor I got the visa.

Please guide if I should apply. I am being uncertain about the likely rules that could declare the work permit stay as useless towards ILR?

What to do?

thanks

The home office cannot do that, because when you entered, the condition of entry was that you will get ILR after 5 years
