ILR - 2 yrs on WP and last 3 yrs on Tier 1 G

Post by arun_prasad » Thu Jul 28, 2011 11:43 pm

Hi,

Have a quick question. I was on WP for 2 yrs and then moved to Tier 1 G and currently completing 5 yrs.

Do I need to show any form of letter from the WP employer or is it suffice I show the current documents.

I have a tax record for the last 3 years and can get it from HMRC. The issue is I didnt have a NI number for the first 2 years and hence wont have a record in the HMRC. Did anyone face similar issues ??

Thanks
Arun

I believe that you should show that you satisfied the relevant requirements (P60s etc?) throughout the previous five years.
