Letter to post !!! Need address clarification

I have received letter requesting passport and photos. Need address clarification. Do I have to send to UkBa. Pobox 3468 Sheffield S3 8WA. This address is mentioned on the letter. I also know UKBA. Tier 1. PO Box 496. Durham DH99 1WQ. Can the members please confirm the address to be posted.

Post it to Sheffield, Durham is where the payment is processed and is not actually UKBA.
