ILR for dependents just landed in UK

Dear All,
Much appreciated your advice and support and sorry if this topic has already been discussed.
HSMP Pre Nov UK 2007-2009
FLR JR granted 2009-2012
Spouse and Dependents landed May UK 2011 first time ( EC together with me and then tier 1 dependents outside uk)
Question: ILR Plan to be submitted in Jan2012 but confused about the status of dependants.(can they apply ILR with me if not what alternative)
